摘    要:用表面张力法研究了-环糊精(β-CD)与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)在水溶液中的包结作用.通过固定SDS的浓度,改变溶液中β-CD的浓度,发现体系的表面张力随β-CD浓度的增加而增加到一稳定值.实验发现溶液中加入β-CD时表面张力比不加入β-CD要大,但在临界胶束浓度以上,各体系的表面张力值均相同.表明水溶液中β-CD及其与SDS形成的包结物都没有表面活性,且临界胶束浓度与β-CD的浓度存在一定的线性关系.用数学方法计算出了β-CD与SDS形成1:1型包结物的包合常数.

Abstract:Inclusion interaction of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) with sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS) based on surface tension measurements was studied.The surface tension increases with in-creasing concentrations of β-CD to a maximum value when fixing the amount of SDS.The surface tension curves of the SDS solution in the presence of β-CD are higher than those in the absence of β-CD.The experimental results indicated that β-CD and the inclusion complexes have no surface ac-tivity.The critical micelle concentrations(CMC) of SDS increase linearly with the increase of β-CD.The inclusion constant for β-CD-SDS inclusion complex was calculated.
