摘    要:铅、镉在HCl体系中可在滴汞电极上产生良好的可逆极谱波,其反扫溶出二阶导数波峰电位分别为0.43 V(vs.SCE)和0.63 V(vs.SCE).峰电流I“Pb和I”Cd分别与PbⅡ、CdⅡ的浓度在0.002~200 g/mL和0.001~100 g/mL范围内成良好的线性关系.线性回归方程分别为I“Pb=142.3+160.7 CPb和I”Cd=84.3+255.1 CCd;相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9997;检出限分别为0.0006 g/mL和0.0003 g/mL.用此方法测定了蔬菜、水样和酒样中的微量铅、镉.试样加标回收率分别为101%~105%和97%~104%,该方法具有重现性好、简便、快速、灵敏度高等特点.

Abstract:The sensitive polarographic adsorptive wave of Lead(Ⅱ) and Cadmium(Ⅱ) in HCl system was studied.The peak potential(EP") of opposite scanning is 0.43V(vs.SCE) and 0.63 V.The change of peak current(IP") with the concentration of Lead(Ⅱ) and Cadmium(Ⅱ) is linear in the range of 0.002 ~ 200 g /mL and 0.001 ~ 100 g/mL,Pb= 0.9998 and Cd=0.9997,and the detection limit is 0.0006 g/mL and 0.0003 g/mL.Trace Lead(Ⅱ) and Cadmium(Ⅱ) in vegetable and drinks was determined by this method.The recovery was 101%~105%,97% ~ 104%.This method is accurate,simple,rapid,and good reproducibility
