Abstract:To evaluate the bioavailability of Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP),compared the DNA degradation effect of PVP with different molecular weight on closed circular double-stranded plas-mid pBR322.The results revealed that the lower molecular weight PVP(PVP 8 000) could sig-nificantly degrade the plasmid DNA pBR322 under normal temperature without photoactivation,which was correlated to reaction temperature,reaction time,molecular weight and concentration of PVP.In addition,when different concentrations of formamide ...
