NAA对紫背天葵水培扦插枝生根及萌孽的影响

摘    要:以紫背天葵为材料,研究了不同浓度NAA对其水培条件下扦插枝生根及萌蘖.结果表明,500mgL1NAA能明显促进生根和萌蘖,显著增加根系活力、成活率和发梢率,显著提高发梢叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,但对最长根长、梢长、发梢叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)和抗坏血酸氧化酶(APX)则影响不大.

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of NAA on rooting and germinating of twig cutting of Gynura under water culture were studied. The results indicated that the treatment of 500 mg L 1 NAA could significantly accelerate rooting and germinating, markedly increase root activity, rate of survival and germination, evidently promote SOD and CAT activities in leaves. However, there were no significant differences among maximum of root and bud length, POD and APX in these treatments of different concentrations of NAA.
