| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于DSP控制的电火花线切割加工的实现方案,并从硬件和软件两方面实现了电火花线切割机床的DSP控制,而且可以使用通用绘图软件AutoCAD2000绘制零件加工图并转换成G代码加工程序供机床直接使用.

| Abstract: | To bring up a realization project of controlling WEDM (Wire-Cut Electrical Dis- charge Machining) based on DSP, and to realize DSP control to WEDM from both software and hardware. Moreover, it is able to use painting software-AutoCAD2000 to obtain the processing draw- ing of spare parts and can directly transfer to G code program for application. |
