飞行仿真电液伺服转台功能模拟器设计研究

介绍了一种用于飞行仿真的电液伺服转台功能模拟器的实现方案，着重论述了电液伺服转台的模型原理、功能模拟器的硬件结构及软件设计，该功能模拟器系统主要由工控机和信号接口箱两部分组成，配有多功能卡的工控机是功能模拟器的核心，它主要完成电液伺服转台特性数字模型的解算，并可模拟光电轴角编码器、测速机等反馈信号；信号接口箱主要用来转接外部信号以及模拟油源的液位、压力、球阀及油泵状态，仿真实验证明本设计的功能模拟器状态跟踪误差很小，功能齐全，操作方便，通用性好，完全可以替代实际的电液伺服转台进行控制系统开发，从而极大地提高了研制效率。

Study on Function Simulator Design of the Flight Simulation Electro-hydraulic Servo Turntable

A novel type of function simulator of flight simulation electro-hydraulic servo turntable is introduced. The model principle of electro-hydraulic servo turntable, the hardware construction and software design of function simulator are emphatically described. This function simulator consists of industrial personal computer and signal interface box. The industrial personal computer equipped with multifunctional boards is the kernel of this function simulator. It mainly responses for the solution of digital mathematic model of electro-hydraulic servo turntable, and models the signals of photoelectric rotary encoder and tachometer; the signal interface box is mainly used for interfacing external signals, modeling the liquid level, the pressure, the ball valve and the pump of oil supply. Experiments prove that this function simulator can achieve high control precision and excellent versatility, whose operation is easy and functions are perfect. It can well replace the real flight simulation electro-hydraulic servo turntable in the development of exact controller, and greatly improve the efficiency of controller development.
