摘    要:基于履带式工程车辆间隔阻尼层式支重轮振动能量的耗散,对支重轮的减振缓冲特性开展研究,建立其振动能量耗散模型.以310kW履带式推土机为应用对象,在3种典型工况下,建立间隔阻尼层式(阻尼层未间断)支重轮1/3实体有限元耗散模型.经计算发现,间隔层与约束层粘接处和1/3阻尼层端面处的应力与耗散能均较大,易导致"热软化".采用约束层和阻尼层均间断的方式对支重轮结构进行改进,经计算表明改进后的支重轮总耗散能增大,其减振缓冲性能提高;且其应力与耗散能整体均匀对称分布,降低了"热软化"发生概率.

Abstract:The buffer characteristic of bogie wheels was studied and a model of vibration energy dissipation was established,based on vibration energy dissipation of spaced-damping layer bogie wheels mounted in crawler vehicles.Taking 310kW crawler bulldozer as an application object,a 1/3 FE dissipation solid model of spaced-damping layer(damping layer is continuous)bogie wheels was built up under 3 typical working conditions.The stress and dissipation energy were found both larger in the adhesive position between the spaced-damping and constrained layers,and in the position of 1/3 damping layer end face.This energy easily cause "thermal softening" for the damping layers.The bogie wheel structures were reconstructed by cutting the constrained and damping layers.Then the calculation results showed that the total dissipative energy increase for the improved bogie wheels.The buffer performance was also advantaged.The distributions of the stress and dissipation energy were even and symmetrical in whole,which could reduce the occurrence probability of "thermal softening".
