等径离心成型钢纤维混凝土预应力电杆受力性能试验研究

摘    要:通过试验研究了等径离心成型钢纤维混凝土预应力电杆的受力性能,主要包括抗裂度、裂缝的分布形态与裂缝宽度、跨中挠度和极限承载力等.试验证明:由于预应力和钢纤维的双重增强作用,电杆的抗裂度提高,在标准检验荷载作用下电杆截面混凝土处于抗裂的弹性工作状态;当荷载达到标准检验荷载的130%—160%后,截面混凝土出现初始裂缝,卸载后初始裂缝闭合,变形回复.在截面开裂荷载至承载力检验荷载范围内,裂缝延伸和裂缝宽度发展较慢,裂缝呈短细非贯通性分布形态,抗变形能力有所提高,截面极限承载破坏呈现出一定的延性性质.研究成果为此类电杆在河南省漯河—淮阳220kV线路工程建设中应用提供了科研依据.

Abstract:Tests are carried out to study the behavior of equal-diameter presressed steel fiber reinforced concrete pole fabricated by centrifugal shaping method,mainly including cracking strength,crack distribution state and crack width,mid-span deflection and ultimate resistance.It is proved that reinforced by both prestress and steel fiber,the cracking strength of pole is high,the concrete of the pole is in the anti-cracking elastic working state under the standard test loading.After the loading up to the 130% to 160% of standard test values,the first crack appears in the flexural section.If the loading decreased to zero,the crack can be close-up and the deflection spring back.Under the loading from section cracking to ultimate bearing test load,the increment of crack width and the extension of crack are slow,the cracks at many sections take on short,thin and unlinked up distribution state,the capability of anti-deflection is increased to some extent and the ductile failure property is provided.All of these are used as basis of the construction adopting this type of pole of the 220kV power-transmission line project from Luohe to HuaiYang in Henan Province.
