新型割缝筛管有限元网格划分

摘    要:针对现有割缝筛管存在的问题,研究开发出了一种新型割缝防砂筛管.针对其结构特点,利用非自由边界分割法,对其进行了网格划分,并依据等参单元拟合割缝边界的情况来控制网格密度,经网格质量评估,证明了此种网格划分方法的有效性及精确度,这种方法不仅适用于各种类型割缝筛管,也适用于开有矩形、方形等孔口的厚壁筒形构件以及旋转构件裂缝的有限元模拟,对于实际应用有很大的利用价值.

Abstract:On the base of analyzing current mechanical sand control techniques, one new kind of screen with compound cavity is developed in this paper. Aiming at its special structure characteristic, one mesh generation method with dividing the boundary unrestrictedly is applied on the new screen. The method controls the mesh refinement through the degree that isoparametric element inosculates with the boundary. The efficiency and precision of this method is proved via grid quality evaluation. This method not only is applicable to all kinds of screen, but to cylindrical shell which have holes such as rectangle holes, square holes, anomalistic holes and revolutionary shell with flaws etc., which is valuable for practical applications.
