发动机缸盖的虚拟设计技术研究

摘    要:为了实现机械产品的数字化,本文以某发动机缸盖为例,对缸盖进行了虚拟设计.利用基于特征的参数化建模技术对缸盖进行了虚拟原型的建立;模拟缸盖实际工作状态的边界约束和载荷条件,建立了缸盖的虚拟环境以复现和预测其在真实环境下的性能和特征;利用振型叠加法对缸盖进行动态响应分析,通过采集整个位移场的最大变形量,并与试验数据对比,比较吻合.说明通过对缸盖的虚拟设计,大大提高了其设计质量和效率,从而为整个发动机的虚拟设计奠定了基础.

Abstract:In order to digitize mechanical products,Virtual designing cylinder-head were researched.The feature-based parametric modeling technology was adopted to build virtual solid model of cylinder-head.By simulating boundary restrictions and loading conditions,virtual environments was established to forecast its performances under the actual environments.Dynamic responses of cylinder-head were calculated with the superposition method of mode of vibration.Contrast the maximal deformation from whole displacement space with experimental results shows that the calculated results are consistent with the experimental ones.With this method,not only virtual design of cylinder-head can be realized,but also its design quality and efficiency can be enhanced greatly,which lays a solid foundation of virtual design of complete engine.
