水和水基磁性流体池沸腾传热的对比实验研究

摘    要:对水和水基磁性流体进行了池沸腾传热的对比实验研究,以此来确定水基磁性流体的沸腾传热效果.实验结果显示,相同热流密度时,水基磁性流体的沸腾换热系数要比水至少增强2倍,且随热流密度的增加,其强化沸腾换热的能力增大.施加磁场后进一步强化磁性流体增强沸腾传热的效果,增强倍数可超过5倍。

Abstract:A contrast experimental study was conducted to investigate the effect of water-based magnetic fluid on pool boiling heat transfer compared with water. The results showed that the boiling heat transfer coefficient of magnetic fluid was enhanced at least 2 times than the one of water at the same heat flux, and the ability of strengthen boiling heat transfer grew up with the increase of heat flux. When applied magnetic field, the boiling heat transfer of magnetic fluid enhanced further, over 5 times than water.
