生物组织冻融特性的初步实验研究

摘    要:以几种典型生物材料为对象,对生物组织冻融过程中的传递现象和界面特性进行可视化实验观测,着重考察冰晶生长及其界面的推进情况,应用微CT技术研究生物组织冻融前后内部结构变化,探讨不同生物材料和冷冻条件下冻融特性的差异.在实验观测的基础上,定性分析了生物组织中水分存在形态对冻融过程特性的影响.

Abstract:A series of visualization experiments were conducted to investigate the transport phenomena and interface behavior during freezing-thawing processes of typical biologic tissues. Attentions were focused on the growth of ice crystals and the advancing of the phase-change interface. The tissues were scanned by Micro-CT before freezing and after thawing to investigate the inner structures. Comparison was made to identify freezing/thawing behaviors for different tissues under various freezing conditions. Based on experimental observation, the investigation was conducted to explore the influence of moisture morphology on the freezing/thawing characteristics.
