摘    要:应用室外盆载试验的方法,将土壤磁效应与生物磁效应相结合,研究了磁处理土壤对油菜苗期、生长中期和成熟期超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。研究结果表明,磁处理土壤提高油菜SOD、CAT的活性,而MDA的含量降低。

Abstract:Influences of soil magnetization on activities of superoxidase (SOD), catalase(CAT) and content of propane dialdehyde (MDA) in rape ( Brassica napus L.) wer estudied using the outside pot-culture method combined soil-magnetic effectsw ith bio-magnetic effects. SOD, CAT and MDA in the crop during seedlings, mid -g rowing and ripening stages were assessed. It was showed that the activitiesof S OD andCAT in the crop were increased and the content of MDA was decreasedafte r the tested soil was treated by magnetic fields.
