摘    要:一种新型的稳燃腔煤粉燃烧器已在65—410T/H锅炉中成功地应用,适用的煤种包括烟煤、贫煤和无烟煤,节油、节煤和调峰的效果显.这种燃烧器使火焰稳定和燃烧强化的理论基于以下两个方面:一是燃烧器出口气流有一个良好的空气动力结构,回流区的长度、宽度和回流率大幅度增长;二是改善了颗粒的浓缩特性,不仅在回流边界上聚集较浓的煤粉,而且回流区内有反向的煤粉流,粒径较小,有利于火焰稳定。

Abstract:A new burner with stable cavity was successful applied at 65 410T/H boiler, It is suitable for bituminous coal, anthracite coal and poor coal, Its effect on saving oil, saving coal and load control is evident. The theory of flame stabilization for the burner is basic to following: 1) there is a better aerodynamic construction from the burner, the length and width of recirculating zone and recirculating rate are faster increased; 2) the concentrate character of particle is improved, there is not only concentrater pulverized coal on the side of recirculating zone, but also there is anti flow of pulverized coal in recirculating zone, its particle diameter is smaller, these are favorable for flame stabilization.
