西藏上市公司竞争力评价及影响因素分析——基于2O08-2O12年的面板数据

上市公司作为一定区域内企业的领航者，对其竞争力的科学评价尤为重要。文章在文献分析的基础上构建了企业竞争力的多属性评价指标体系，利用AHP法和主成分分析法分别赋予了一级指标和二级指标权重。基于此，对西藏9家上市公司2008—2012年的竞争力进行了实证评价，并引入股权集中度、两权分离度和行业变量对竞争力的影响分析。结果显示，西藏9家上市公司近五年来发展态势总体平稳，竞争力提升缓慢；9家上市公司间竞争力存在显著差异，海思科和奇正藏药表现相对良好；两权分离度与西藏上市公司竞争力呈显著负相关。

The Competitiveness Evaluation of the Listed Companies in Tibet and the Influencing Factors -based on the panel data of 2008-2012

As listed companies leading the enterprises of a region, it is especially important to evaluate their com- petitiveness scientifically. Based on literature analysis, this articles proposes a multi-attribute evaluation index system for the competitiveness evaluation of enterprises, and AHP and principal component analysis should be applied for index weight. Furthermore, the competitiveness of the 9 listed companies of Tibet in 2008-2012 are evaluated, and the result shows that in the past 5 year the competitiveness of the 9 companies are generally stable and improving slowly, but there are significant differences between the 9 companies＇ competitiveness. The competitiveness of the listed companies of Tibet is closely related to their management systems.
