摘    要:在激烈的市场竞争中,企业的核心竞争力越来越受到社会关注,学界和企业界都认为它是企业生存和发展的关键,决定了企业的命运。培育强于竞争对手的核心竞争力,是引导西藏本土企业成功的关键因素。文章通过对拉萨啤酒公司现状的剖析,揭示其在核心竞争力培育方面的优势和不足,并提出了改进建议,期冀能给西藏的其他企业一些启示。

A Study on the Cultivation of the Core Competition of enterprises in Tibet --A Case of Lhasa Beer Company

Abstract:The core competition of enterprises draws more and more attention in the severe market competition and is deemed as the vital factor of the maintenance of an enterprise. To cultivate the stronger core competition than their counterparts is the primary condition for the success of Tibet's enterprises. The paper, based on the analysis of current operation system of Lhasa Beer Company, states its advantages and disadvantages from the aspect of core competition and puts forward some suggestions for further promotion.
