摘    要:目的:通过对西藏林芝地区卫生服务机构人力资源现状调查分析,了解林芝地区卫生人力队伍现状,提出改善林芝地区卫生人才队伍策略。方法:采用随机分层抽样方法,对林芝地区445名卫生技术人员进行现场调查。结果:林芝地区卫生技术人员结构和配置不尽合理。结论:适当下放卫生系统人事自主管理权,调整卫生技术人员职称评聘条件等措施将有利于改善林芝地区卫生人员合理配置以及提高人员工作积极性。

Abstract:The purpose of this survey is to find out the current status of the human resources in health service institutions of Linzhi Prefecture and make the recommendations for improving the building of human resource for health in the future.A random stratified sampling method was employed and investigated 445 health technical staff members.The result showed that personnel structure and configuration of the health professionals is unreasonable in Linzhi.An appropriate authority human resource management should be delegated to the health institutions themselves.Further more relevant adjustments to the health workers' professional ranking system could improve the working motivation of staff and could be beneficial for allocation of human resource for health.
