高原地区行血清蛋白醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳时出现的若干问题及解决对策

摘    要:目的:了解醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳分离血清的基本原理。方法:用醋酸纤维素薄膜为支持物将人血清在pH8.6的缓冲液中电泳1小时左右,使血清得到分离。结果:实验中出现图谱不清、出现条纹、区带扭曲等问题。结论:通过采取相应的对策使醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳的成功率得到了提高。

Problems and its Solving Strategy of Serum Protein Cellulose Acetate Membrane electrophoresis in Plateau

Abstract:the basic principles of separation serum by cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis was studied by using electrophoresis,cellulose acetate membrane as the support material,separating human serum in buffered fluid with pH8.6 for one hour.about.In this paper,the results of unclear figures,appearance of stripes and distorted zones were analyzed and proposed corresponding solutions for problems existed in the experiment.The success rate of cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis has been greatly improved by the solving these problems existed in the experiment.
