西部旅游产业转型升级初探

摘    要:转型升级是西部旅游产业发展到一定阶段的必然选择。经过十余年的发展,西部已具备一定的旅游经济基础,具备了旅游业转型升级的基础条件。国家政策的推动、西部旅游资源的潜力、客源市场需求的变化以及信息网络技术的发展为西部旅游业转型升级提供了机遇。西部旅游业的转型升级应达到旅游与国民经济协调发展、旅游相关产业综合发展、旅游效益不断增长的目标。具体路径包括:加快西部城市建设和营销,促进旅游产业链的形成和完善;加强信息化建设,提高旅游服务水平;实施区域合作战略,以旅游先进地区带动落后地区;创新旅游市场机制,实现政府主导向市场主导的转变。

Abstract:Transformation and upgrading is an inevitable when tourism industry in western China develops to a certain stage. Over ten yearstourismin the west has developed certain economic basis, and met the requirement of transformation and upgrading. National policies, the tourism resources in the west, the tourist sources and the development of network technology, all these have provided the tourism industry in the west the opportunity to transform and upgrade, which should be coordinated with the development of national economy, and the development of tourism-related industries in order to increase the economic benefits of tourism. The tourism in the west transforms and upgrades by means of speeding up urban construction and city marketing for the formation and development of tourism industry chain, constructing the information system, improving services, implementing the cooperation between advancing areas and backward areas, innovating tourist market mechanism for the transformation from government-oriented to market-oriented.
