| 摘 要： | 社区是城市最基本的构成单元，社区管理是城市管理的基础工作。随着城镇化进程的不断加快，拉萨市传统的社区管理模式已不能适应城市发展的需要。文章总结了拉萨市城镇化进程中出现的新型社区，分析了新形势下传统社区管理模式面临的挑战，并提出了适应拉萨城镇化进程的“共驻共管共建”三位一体的社区管理模式及其构建对策。

| Abstract: | As communities are the most basic units of a city, community management is the framework of urban management. WithLhasa＇s urbanization process accelerating, the traditional community management of the city is far from fitting to its development. The article discusses the new types of communities appearing in the urbanization process of Lhasa city, and analyzes the challenges of the traditional community management in the new situation, and suggests a new mode of community management. |
