摘    要:塑料沥青(Plastic-asphalt)研究已超过25年,但仍未能实现规模化工程应用。除抗离析困难外,问题还包括:1)回收混杂塑料组成、性质多变,自成系统(Plastic system),其改性沥青研究不同于单一树脂,必须掌握各变因对沥青性能的影响规律,但学术界对此关注很少;2)多种废塑料已在其它行业得到较好利用,仅以相容性标准选择改性材料使塑料沥青逐渐失去环保意义;3)塑料沥青低温变形能力差,开裂准则的争议影响其抗裂性能评价。特别对1、2两个问题若再不加以重视,塑料沥青只会继续"纸上谈兵"。文章以价格反映各塑料品种需求状况,由此划定适宜于改性沥青的塑料系统范围;绘图描述塑料系统并总结各系统变因(化学式、链结构、分子量及其分布、助剂、杂质)对沥青性能的影响;分析塑料微粒受力情况并综述塑料沥青抗离析研究。

Abstract:Plastic-asphalt has been studied for 25 years but still has not been achieved large-scale engineering applications so far.Except the difficulty of anti-segregation,there are many problems exited including:1.The composition and properties of recycled mixed plastic are unstable,which can be named Plastic system.Modifying asphalt research is different from single resin,and the variables which effects asphalt properties must be controlled,but it has never received much attention.2.Several kinds of waste plastics have been used well in other industries.Green importance of Plastic-asphalt is gradually lost,because of single compatibility standards of modifying materials selected.3 low-temperature deformation of Plastic-asphalt is poor and the dispute on cracking criterion has affected anti-cracking performance evaluation.If the problems were not solved,especially the problem 1 and 2,plastic-asphalt is continues to be an armchair strategist.According to the prices which reflect the demanding sudation of variety plastics,suitable variety plastics for modified asphalt were chosen to describe the plastic system graphically and to summarize the impact variables (Chemical formula,chain structure,molecular weight and its distribution,additives,impurities) on performance of asphalt.the situation of mechanics on plastic particles was analyzed and reviewed the anti-segregation research on Plastic-asphalt.
