| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志提出的“以德治国”与依法治国相结合的治国方略有很强的社会针对性,是对中华民族治国的优良道德传统的继承与弘扬,是建设社会主义物质文明和精神文明所离不开的两种治国手段。“以德治国”与依法治国的相结合是治国史上的新创举,是结合中国实际而提出的有中国特色的治国方略。

| Abstract: | There is no mistaking, what the combined general plan for administering a country with morals and with law, put forward by President Jiang Zeming. Itis the inheritance and enhancement of the Chinese Nation' s traditional good morals on the side of administering a country; it is also a very necessary means to administer a country well in the construction period of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilizaton. The combined general plan for administering a country with morals and with law is a great pioneering work in the history of administering countreis.It if a Chinese characteristic general plan for administering a country, which isput forward in the light of China' s precent reality. |
