青藏高原与全国经济差距研究——基于人均GDP

本研究测算出青藏高原各州市人均GDP与全国水平的差距。从静态来看，除青海省海西州、西藏拉萨市和西藏林芝地区之外，青藏高原其他州市人均GDP均在全国人均GDP之下。与全国人均GDP差距最大的州市为青海省玉树州，其次为四川省甘孜州，再次为青海省果洛州等。从动态趋势来看，首先人均GDP高于全国水平的青海省海西州、拉萨市和林芝地区，超过全国水平的差距逐渐增大。研究表明，具有输出能力的产业、合理的产业结构和持续的发展能力是地区GDP逐年上升的根本动力，并就培育具备输出潜力的产业提出对策。

Research on the Economy Deveopment Gap between the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the National Level——Based on the Per Capita Gross Domestic Product

This study estimates the per capita GDP gap between the prefectures of Qinghai-Tibet plateau and the national level. It comes to the following conclusions： first, on a static state, the per capita of prefectures of Qinghai-Tibet are lower than the national average level except that of Haixi Prefecture of Qinghai, Lhasa and Linzhi Prefecture of Tibet. Yushu Prefecture lags far behind the per capita GDP in the rest of China, Ganzi Prefecture of Sichuan comes next, and then comes Guoluo Prefecture of Qinghai. Second, in light of dynamic trend, in Haixi prefecture of Qinghai, Lhasa and Linzhi prefecture where the per capita GDP is higher than the national average level, the gap have widen; and in the other regions of Qinghai-Tibet plateau where the per capita GDP is lower than the average level of nation, the gap have gradually widen as the time goes on.
