摘    要:文章针对西藏中小学生的行为习惯养成教育存在的问题,试图探寻西藏中小学生的行为习惯养成教育的途径和方法。从转变教育观念,更新养成教育方法;建立健全的养成教育机制;加强班主任队伍建设;坚持以人为本的养成教育原则;发挥少先队和团组织的作用,建立自我管理活动机制;建立学校、家庭和社会三位一体的养成教育网络等方面进行了论述。

Abstract:The paper tries to find out the methods of formative education for primary and middle school students in Tibet according to problems of formative education existing in these schools. It presents a detailed analysis in many aspects below, changing concept of education and updating methods of formative education; establishing a good mechanism for formative education; strengthening building head teachers team; adhereing to the principle of people-oriented education; establishing mechanisms for self-management and building network education for schools, families and society.
