根据需求信息添加和查询应急物资储备信息。在指派管理中，管理员实现优化指派三方应急物资。在运输管理中管理员实现运输方案优化决策，包括运输工具、运输方式、运输路径优化以及承运商选择。在应急物资运输途中，采用现代管理技术（GPS全球卫星定位技术、现代通信技术和GoogleMaps技术）实现车载终端定位监控。在整个应急物资管理过程，将管理信息以服务形式在服务注册中心发布，

Designin and implementing of fourth-party logistics emergency materials management system based on SOA

The fourth-party logistics needs to solve the emergency incident problems happened in the logistics supply chain by fast allocating emergency facility. In this paper, a system of fourth-party logistics emergency facility management, based on SOA, was proposed including two models, the decision support and the general management. The allocation and transporting decision of emergency facility were designed and implemented in the decision support models, and the requirements, reserve and assign of emergency facility and the transportation management were simulated and implemented in the general management model. System achievement of monitoring vehicle terminal location was realized with using GPS and visualizing mark was completed with Google Maps technology. The information of emergency facility management is packaged and published by using Web Service in the system management process favorable for the exchange information between third-nartv loadsfics comnanies and system managers.
