北京大学东方学国际学术研讨会述要

(A) 5月的北京,艳阳高照。以“东方文学与东方文化——世纪之交的回顾与展望”为主题的东方学国际学术研讨会于16日至18日在北京大学召开。这次国际学术研讨会由北京大学东方学研究院和东方文学研究中心主办,大会名誉主席和主席分别由著名东方学家季羡林先生和北京大学副校长何芳川教授担任,出席会议的有来自海内外高等院校、科研机构的150余位专家、学者,其中包括来自美国、印度、日本、韩国、泰国、伊朗、埃及、阿尔及利亚等国的代表20多位。

A Re-understanding of the Judicial Mesures Implemented by the First Emperor of Wei Kingdom in the Three - Kingdom Period

through a deep analysis of the characteristic of the legal system in the reign of the first Emperor of Wei Kingdom, this article is to refute the traditional thought,and briefly discuss the historical reason for this kind of thought, and point out that the understanding of that legal system should be connected with the historic backgrounds of that time.
