| 摘 要： | 学院是学校教学工作的直接执行单位和管理单位。学院的教学管理是学校宏观教学管理的具体实施者和组织者,是学校教学管理的前提和基础。文章对理学院教学管理的现状进行了分析,介绍了学院在加强教学管理,提高教学管理质量方面采取的措施,并对提高学院教学管理水平和教学质量提出了若干建议。
