西藏非物质文化遗产保护的“尼洋阁”模式之反思

博物馆与非物质文化遗产的关系问题，博物馆在非物质文化遗产保护中的作用、意义、责任和建设问题，用个案的形式讨论博物馆参与非物质文化遗产保护的实证性问题，是国内外学界运用博物馆来保护非物质文化遗产理念的三个重要方面。尼洋阁藏东南非物质文化遗产博物馆贯彻了国家非遗保护的“政府主导、社会参与、明确职责、形成合力”的保护原则，贯彻保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、传承发展的方针，是首次将博物馆成功用于西藏非物质文化遗产保护并取得圆满成功的范例，开拓出了一条文化援藏的新途径，为西藏非物质文化遗产的保护树立了全新的榜样。

Reflection on Niyangge Model for Intangible Cultural Heritage Preservation in Tibet

The academic field of intangible cultural heritage preservation in museums at both national and inter national levels have three main aspects which are the relationship between museum and intangible cultural heri tage; the function, meaning, responsibility, and building of intangible cultural heritage in museums; and discuss empirical problems about involving museums in intangible cultural heritage preservation through case studies. The Niyangge Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum in Southeast Tibet has successfully incorporated intangible cultural heritage preservation in museums for the first time in history. This museum not only implemented the na- tional principles of ＂Led by the government, community participation, clarify responsibility, working together＂ on intangible cultural heritage preservation but also opened a new path to provide aid in Tibet. At the same time, it has set up a brand new model for intangible cultural heritage preservation in Tibet.
