| 摘 要： | 拉萨市的家庭保姆人口是流动人口中的重要组成部分，他们对城镇干部、居民的日常生活及服务行业中的保姆业都有着不可忽视的作用和影响。本文就拉萨市保姆市场和保姆人口进行了一定的调查研究，对其现状、特点和存在问题作了一定的分析，同时对保姆市场的规范和保姆人口的管理提出了相应的对策与建议。
