基于季节差别的拉日铁路旅客列车开行方案

季节差别最主要的问题在于运量的波动，特别是客运量的波动。高原铁路客运量的波动异常明显，运量的骤增与骤减呈现出了鲜明的季节性。随着高原铁路的运营，高原铁路客运量波动带来的运能紧张和虚糜问题也日渐突出。拉日铁路作为纯藏区运营的高原铁路，应该制定弹性旅客列车开行方案来适应高原铁路客运量季节性的波动。

Passenger Train Operation Plan of Lha-Ri railway based on Seasonal Differences

The main problem of the seasonal difference of Tibetan plateau railway is the fluctuation in traffic capacity, particularly in passenger transport. The fluctuation in passenger traffic of the plateau railway is obviously abnormal, and the sudden increase and decrease in amount of passengers showed a pronounced seasonality. Along with the plateau railway operation, the stress and problem on virtual transport capacity caused by the fluctuations in passenger transport of the plateau railway has become more prominent issues. Lha-Ri railway as the pure plateau railway operations, a flexible operation plan on passenger transport should be developed to meet the seasonal fluctuation of plateau railway passenger train transport.
