摘    要:为了解藏香对空气中微生物的抑制作用,在室内对几种藏香就空气细菌总数的影响进行了初步测定,并采用滤纸片法对两种空气微生物进行了平板抑菌试验。结果显示:供试的五种藏香熏烟对于空气细菌总数均有一定的影响,且随着藏香点燃时间的延长,抑制率逐渐增加;供试藏香熏烟对待测的一株细菌及一株青霉菌均具皿内抑制作用,且随着熏烟采集时间的延长,抑菌圈基本呈增大趋势,其中扎什伦布寺藏香抑菌效果最明显,抑菌圈直径约为对照香的两倍。文章一方面为藏香抑菌功效提供理论依据,另一方面为寻找抑制病原微生物的藏香及原料奠定基础,对于藏香在疾病预防领域的开发与利用具有一定意义。

Abstract:The inhibition rate of five Tibetan incenses on aerial microorganism was analyzed under different length of burning time by using flat antibacterial method with filter paper.The result showed that the Tibetan incenses had inhibiting effect on aerial microorganism and related with types of incense and length of burning time.In addition,the inhibition cone of two strains of aerial microorganism was measured with filter soaking incense ingredients in culture plates.The data has demonstrated that several Tibetan incenses had influence on tested microbe and the inhibition cone had increased gradually with length of collecting time.The experiment is important for seeking incenses material and its restraining effect of pathogen microorganisms.
