| 摘 要： | 高职院校的建设需要以师资队伍建设为基础，而师资队伍的建设，对于西藏的高职院校的发展有着举足轻重的作用。因此，如何充分利用西藏有限的高等职业教育资源，加强高职院校师资队伍的建设，是推动西藏高等职业教育得到健康积极发展的‘关键。
