摘    要:针对疏松砂岩的产能评价,研发了大型径向流井眼出砂及防砂模拟试验装置。以哈萨克斯坦肯基亚克YS油田为例,通过地层真实条件下大型出砂模拟实验,得出砂量、产量及出砂粒径的变化规律,以及储层、环空及防砂管内外的压降规律。针对四种不同防砂方式(金属编织网、金属棉、割缝管、割缝筛管砾石充填)进行了防砂后的产能评价试验,进行了出砂产量的分析。根据试验结果,提出了有限防砂、有效排砂、防粗排细的主要原则,优选出了适合于盐上油田疏松砂岩油田的防砂方式,现场应用获得了较好的效果,出砂明显减缓,检泵周期延长近5倍。
