煤自燃的热量积聚过程及影响因素分析

摘    要:煤氧化产生的热量在一定蓄热环境下被积聚起来,当积聚的热量能够满足煤自燃发展的需要时,媒体温度不断上升,最终导致自燃。热量的积聚在煤自燃过程中起着关键的作用。根据热力学、传热学理论,推导出煤自燃的热量传递方程及媒体升温的必要条件,分析了煤自燃的热量积聚过程及温度、浮煤厚度、空隙率、漏风强度对媒体蓄热升温的影响。

Abstract:The heat generated by coal oxidation is accumulated at certain thermal storage surroundings. When the accumulating heat can meet the need of coal self-ignition development,coal temperature continually rises,and finally causes coal self-ignition. The heat accumulation plays key role in coal self-ignition. According to the theory of thermodynamics and heat transfer,we deduces the equation of heat transfer and the necessary condition of coal temperature increase during coal self-ignition,and analyzes the heat-accumulating process of coal self-ignition and effect factor of coal temperature raised by thermal storage, such as, temperature, float coal thickness,air leak intensity and voidage.
