| 摘 要： | 一通三防是煤矿安全、高效生产的重要基础和安全管理的重要组成部分，针对传统的人工管理模式已不能适应现代化管理需要的情况，基于局域网络，利用Oracle8．0和PowerBuilde8．0建立了客户机，服务器架构的信息管理平台，不仅能够实现业务的有效整合和信息资源共享，而且可以为矿山安全信息化管理提供技术支持。系统功能完善，具有很高的可靠性和实用性，对提高安全管理效率和水平具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Ventilation and prevention of gas,coal dust and fire are the important bases of safe and efficient production of coal mines and the component parts of safety management.In view of the traditional manual management mode which is not adapted to the modern management of ventilation and safety,the information management platform is built with the client/server structure based on local area network,Oracle 8.0 and PowerBuilder 8.0.The system not only can integrate professional works and share information resources but also can provide the technical support for coal mine safety management.It has perfect functions,which is more reliable and practical,and is significant to improve the efficiency and level of the management. |
