电气石/TiO_2复合材料的组成与微观形态

摘    要:为了揭示电气石/TiO_2复合材料使电气石增白和具有颜料性质的内在机制,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)测试和电气石、TiO_2颗粒表面官能团性质的分析等方法,研究了电气石/TiO_2复合材料的组成与微观形态。研究结果表明,电气石/TiO_2复合材料由包核物电气石颗粒和其表面包覆的结晶Ti_O2所组成,Ti_O2在电气石表面形成均匀、牢固的包覆层。研究结论初步反映了电气石和Ti_O2的作用性质,有助于对电气石/Ti_O2复合材料综合性能的认识和应用。

Abstract:Research on the component and microcosmic form of tourmaline/TiO_2 composite material were introduced by testing X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) and analyzing characters of the surface functional groups of tourmaline and TiO_2 particles for revealing the inside mechanism of tourmaline/TiO_2 composite material possessing the pigment performance and making tourmaline become white. The results show that tourmaline/TiO_2 composite material is composed of tourmaline,the core material particles, and crystal TiO_2 covered on the surface of tourmaline,the even and firm cover layers of TiO_2 are formed on tourmaline surface.The conclusions reflect the primary action property between tourmaline and TiO_2,this will help to realizing the integration performance of tourmaline/TiO_2 composite material and its application.
