| 摘 要： | 介绍了 LCD 控制器 T 6963C 的特点和功能:可方便地与 MCS-51系列等多种单位机相连接;可设置成字符与图形的合成显示方式及字符显示方式;显示尺寸及字符可由硬件设置,具有内部字符发生器,可管理64KRAM。并介绍了 FM12864型 LCD 的显示原理、方法及其程序设计。

| Abstract: | LCD is the mainly election display production and most technocrats need to know how to use it.The paper introduces the feature and function of T6963c Controller,which can be connected with most single-chip early and set to character or synthesis character and graphic display mode by hardware,which has inside character generator and can manage 64KB RAM.At the same time,intendance the display principle,swage and program design of FM 12864 LCD. |
