测量机器人与Pocket PC无线通信设计与实现

摘    要:为满足镜站上实时处理全站仪观测数据的客观需求,采用便携式Pocket PC作为数据处理平台,在比较Windows CE体系架构下所支持的各种无线数据通信方式优劣的基础上,选择RF无线射频通信方式,研究了全站仪与Pocket PC的无线数据实时通信问题。分析了嵌入式RF射频无线数传模块分别与Pocket PC和测量机器人通信端口匹配问题,利用Visual C#.NET 2003编程工具,编写了面向Pocket PC终端设备的串口通信类,具备调用Windows CE串行通信函数和管理数据通信事件等功能,在Windows CE.NET 4.2嵌入式系统下,最终实现了Pocket PC无线遥控测量机器人TCA2003工作。研究成果为测量工程领域提供了一种新的“单人测量系统”实现方案。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of processing real-time observation data measured by total station on the backsight,after comparing characteristics of different wireless communication techniques supported by Windows CE,this paper investigates a wireless communication method between measurement robot and Pocket PC based on the embedded RF wireless data-transmission modules.This paper first analyzes the ports matching problem between embedded RF wireless data-transmission modules and the Pocket PC or measurement robot,respectively,and gives the hardware implementation.Then based on the programming tools of Microsoft Visual C#.NET version 2003,this study develops a communication class,which encapsulate Windows CE standard serial communication component library and provides some program entries for external programs to manage communication events.Finally,this study realizes measurement robot(TCA2003) being remotely controlled by a Pocket PC based on the embedded system of Windows CE.NET 4.2.Thus,this paper provides a new one-man surveying solution in the field of surveying engineering.
