摘    要:针对北京市水资源短缺和近年来水供需矛盾加剧问题,在总结北京市近20年水资源量和用水结构变化的基础上,分析了北京市水危机发生的原因,探讨了北京水资源合理利用和保护的途径。研究表明,开源与节流并重,保护与利用并举,最大限度地挖掘当地水资源潜力,是解决当前和今后几年北京水资源供需矛盾和实现水资源可持续利用的有效措施。

Abstract:Beijing is short of water resource in comparison with its large population. Based on the analysis of water supply and consumption in the last 20 years, the paper discusses the causes of water crisis in Beijing. The population increase, precipitation decrease, irrational water use are the key factors resulting in the water shortage. Some countermeasures are suggested to deal with the water crisis in the following years, which include improving water management and water saving policy system, exploiting the water resource from rain and flood, readjusting industry and agriculture structures, encouraging water recycling, controlling soil and water erosion and so on.
