摘    要:针对目前水合物合成过程中受混合均匀程度及搅拌热负面效应等因素影响而导致水合物成核、生长缓慢的问题。应用新型喷雾强化合成技术并对雾化系统中水合物生长机理进行了研究。结果表明:雾化方式提供了疑优的气液传质条件,促使成核现象在整个液相范围内发生,同时有效克服了常规搅拌方式下所生成水合物阻碍气液接触的弊端。与常规搅拌方式相比。极大的加快了溶解、成核及生长过程,其整体反应速度提高了一倍以上,最终含气量也显著提高。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of hydrate nucleation and growth problem that result from the low mixing uniformity and negative stirring effect in normal formation system,the hydrate growth mechanism under atomization system was studied with the new synthesis technology.Research shows that atomization provides the most optimal gas-liquid transfer conditions,expands the nucleation to the whole liquid phase,greatly enhances the whole hydrate formation velocity,and thoroughly overcomes the abuse of new formed hydrate interfering with the contact between gas and liquid in stirring conditions.Compared with the traditional stirring system,atomization accelerates the process of dissolution,nucleation and crystal growth to a great extent,the formation velocity is increased more than double,and the gas capacity is also significantly improved.
