| 摘 要： | 针对传统选择供应商方法的效率较低的问题，采用模糊聚类方法，将供应商的选择过程分为两个阶段；筛选阶段和择优阶段。使用模糊聚类的方法筛选出潜在的供应商，将候选供应商的数目降低到一个合适范围内；使用模糊决策的方法对筛选出的供应商进行综合评价，选择出适合企业的供应商，建立了供应商选择的两阶段模型，有利于企业提高管理的决策质量和管理效率。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of low efficiency existing in the traditional supplier selection method,the procedure of supplier selection is divided into two steps: sieving and choosing the best steps.Firstly with the method of fuzzy clustering potential suppliers are selected,reducing the quantity of suppliers candidates to a fit range;Then a comprehensive evaluation of selected suppliers is made using the method of fuzzy decision,and the suitable suppliers is chosen,and lastly the two steps model of suppliers selection is built,which is beneficial to the improvement of the management decision quality and management efficiency. |
