摘    要:利用热模拟、金相显微术、结合定量统计和TEM技术,研究了微合金钢奥氏体区变形后弛豫不同时间的组织演化及析出情况。实验结果表明:经弛豫工艺处理后,贝氏体、马氏体复合组织得到了有效细化,在850℃变形后等温弛豫60~200s时,细化效果最佳。与此同时,应变诱导析出相亦能有效地钉扎位错,析出相的尺寸小于10nm。

Abstract:Thermo-simulation test, metallographic analysis, quantitative measurement along with TEM technique were used to study the microstructures variation of bainite and precipitation during relaxation after deformation in microalloyed steel. The experiments results demonstrate that: the microstructures (complex ultra-fine bainite and martensite) of tested steel have been refined effectively by means of relaxation processing. The optimal refinement could be obtained at 60-200s period during relaxation after deformation. Meanwhile, the dislocations were pinned by the strain-induced precipitates whose size less than 10nm.
