基于ANSYS星轮装载机构的动力学研究

摘    要:针对星轮装载机构在工作过程中存在受力不恒定的问题,对星轮机构进行动力学分析,确定了煤岩对星轮的激振力,并以直斜形星轮为例,利用Ansys软件对星轮进行模态分析和谐响应分析,得出了星轮机构在动载荷作用下的振型、应力及应变情况,分析指出了星轮受载荷最大处的位置,为研究改进星轮的设计和改善星轮的性能提供理论依据。

Abstract:In view of the stress inconstant problem of the star wheel in the work process,by analyzing the star wheel loading mechanism of dynamics,the exciting force of coal material to star wheel are determined and taking the star wheel of straight inclined shape as an example,the modal analysis and harmonic response of star wheel is analyzed under the Ansys.The vibration mode and stress and strain of star wheel under the dynamic loading are given and the most load point out position of the star wheel is pointed by the analysis,The theoretical foundation for designing the star wheel and and improvement of star wheel are also offered.
