| 摘 要： | 为了使锅炉的烟尘达到国家排放标准,需要在采暖锅炉上安装除尘系统.根据除尘工艺的技术先进、处理成本低的原则,确定大安山920锅炉房的除尘系统为二级除尘,一级选用成型设备XD-多管旋风除尘器,二级自行设计是中心喷雾旋风水膜除尘器,根据类似设备的相关数据通过计算确定尺寸规格.经过试运行烟气经过二级除尘完全能达到排放标准. |

| Abstract: | We should fix the system of removing dust, in order to reach the national standard of the dust of the discharged boiler. According to the principle of the dust removing technique ,the Daanshan mine 920 boiler room was defined ad the second-class dust removing system. The device of XD- multiple-tube cyclone separator was selected as the first dust removing system, the spring-center water scrubber designed independently was elosen as the secondary dust removing system. Through calculating the dimensions, the stack gases from the secondary dust removing system conforms to the emission standard. |
