虚拟企业合作伙伴选择方法

为了使企业在评标决策中科学合理地选择合作伙伴，运用基于变权法多因素模糊综合评判的理论与方法，建立了一种基于合理算子的多因素模糊综合评价模型，对虚拟企业合作伙伴选择过程中的指标体系作了分析。以实例分析得出用变权法多因素模糊综合评判的方法进行评标决策，能够很好地处理类似模糊决策的问题，通过调整算子，可减少因各决策者对各项指标优越程度的评价范围过大给决策结果带来的风险，从而提高了决策的精确度，同时该方法对多层次多因素模糊问题也同样适用。

Partner selection of virtual enterprise

In order to make enterprises select cooperation partners scientifically and reasonably in bid evaluation decision, a multifactor fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is set up on the basis of one kind of rational operator by using the theory and method based on weight-changeable multifactor fuzzy synthetic evaluation, and the system index of cooperation partners selection process in the virtual enterprises is analysed. From one instance, we conclude that bid evaluation decision using weight-changeable multifactor fuzzy synthetic evaluation can solve the problem of fuzzy decision well. Through adjusting operator, the risk of decision result by reason of oversized evaluation scope made by various decision-makers to each index superior degree is reduced, the precision of decision is improved. This method is also suitable for multilevel and multifactor fuzzy problems.
