中国典型市域煤粮复合区耕地损毁及其影响

摘    要:为了揭示煤粮复合区耕地损毁状况及其影响,引起各方对这一特殊区域的重视,以济宁市为例,基于开采沉陷学理论,采用实地调查法、万吨塌陷率预测等方法进行了系统分析和计算.结果表明:至2020年,采煤累计塌陷耕地数量约为25 934 hm2,矸石压占及矿区建设占用耕地约1 096 hm2,塌陷区土壤质量、耕地生产能力下降,土地利用方式、粮食生产、社会稳定都将受到极大影响.研究结果将为同类区域土地利用总体规划中耕地保护指标分配、规划方案制定以及政府相关决策提供参考.

Abstract:In order to reveal the status and its effect of cropland destroyed by coal mining in overlapped areas of farmland and coal resources calling for attentions to those particular areas, the paper, taking Jining City as an example, engages in analysis and calculation systematically by adopting the theory of mining subsidence, the surveying method and the ever ratio of subsidence land. The study result shows that subsided cropland will amount to 25 934 hm^2 and farmland occupied by coal waste and infrastructures will amount to 1 096 hm^2. Soil quality decreases and farmland productivity declines in subsided area. Land use, grain yield and social stability will all be affected. The results will be reference to master planning of land use in quantity allocation of protective cropland and to relative decision-making of government officials.
