摘    要:针对井下光照度低,监控图像对比度低,平滑区域较多这一特点,为了提高煤矿井下监控图像的分形压缩编码的效率,采用了基于平滑块处理的分形编码算法。在进行分形编码时,预先设定图像D块及R块的方差阈值,将方差小于其阈值的所有D块剔除在码本之外,对于方差小于其阈值的所有R块不进行搜索匹配,而是直接赋以均值。实验研究结果表明:基于平滑块处理的分形编码算法比基本分形编码算法更有效。该算法的实现提高了分形编码的效率,有助于解决煤矿井下监控图像的低比特率传输问题。
