| 摘 要： | 以GIS技术为基础，进行城市规划智能管理信息系统的研究，分析归纳城市规划智能管理信息系统的用户需求，重点研究了城市规划智能管理信息系统结构及功能，提出了城市规划智能管理信息系统数字化设计及智能决策支持，构建了网络集成方案。同时对系统核心技术提供了解决方法，将矢量处理过程应用于鸡西市的地下管网系统。并进行了系统评价。

| Abstract: | Based on GIS technology, the article deals with the study on intelligent management information system of urban planning , analyses user's needs for intelligent management information system of urban planning, and gives priority to the research on the structure and function of intelligent management information system of urban planning , proposes urban planning intelligent management information system digital design and intelligent decision support, structures the integrated scheme of the network. At the same time , the solution to the key technology of the system is offered, and the vector process is also applied to Jixi underground pipe network system. Finally the system evaluation is also carried out. |
