煤矿区固体废弃物-煤矸石的最佳利用途径

在综合分析国内外对煤矸石利用的基础上,针对我国人口多、人均耕地少的实际国情,为了改善矿区生态环境,贯彻“十分珍惜、合理利用土地和切实保护耕地“的基本国策,实现矿区生态环境的可持续发展,研制规模化生产煤矸石砖,解放矸石山压占土地,向矸石山要耕地的同时,逐渐取代传统的砖瓦窑,减少其占用和挖损的良田。对缓解人地矛盾,实现土地资源可持续利用,为解决21世纪中期我国16亿人口的食物安全问题,倡导利用矸石研制生产建筑砖（瓦）,消灭地面矸石山,增加国土的有效耕地面积为煤矸石的最佳利用途径。其经济效益、环境效益和社会效益显著。

On the basis of analysing the utilization of the coal gobs both at home and abroad synthetically, considering the real national conditions of having a large population and per capita cultivated land being few, in order to improve the ecological environment of mining area, carry out the fundamental state policy of" treasuring very much, utilizing land rationally and protecting the cultivated land conscientiously", realize the sustainable development of the ecological environment of mining area, develop the coal gob brick of large-scale production, so as to liberate the covered land from coal gobs and replace the traditional brick and tile kiln gradually which would reduce the good farmland that it takes up and destroys. The utilization will alleviate ground contradictions of people, realize the sustainable utilization of the land resource, solve the things safe problems of 1,600 million people in our country in middle period of 21st century, advocate utilizing coal gobs to develop the building brick, eliminate the coal gobs mountain of the ground, increase the effective cultivated land of territory. Its economic benefits, environmental benefit and social benefit are remarkable.
