锥形风幕风扇的流场模型及应用

摘    要:环形湍流射流对其流场范围内的气体及粉尘具有封闭作用,利用这个特点,研制出一种新型风扇-锥形风幕风扇.同一轮毂安装两组角度相反的叶片是锥形风幕风扇不同于普通风扇的独到之处,外动轮产生的环形湍流射流和内动轮产生的汇流相互叠加形成射-汇流,将污染源包裹封闭,大大地抑制了有毒有害气体粉尘的扩散,为毒气粉尘产生的生产车间的管理增加了一种新型高效的技术产品.本文分析了从该风扇的构造及其作用机理,建立了流场数学模型,并介绍了锥形风幕风扇的典型应用,为安全环保型风扇的深入研究和不断革新提供了理论和实践的指导.

Abstract:Ring turbulent jet have an encircling effect on the gas and dust in its flow field, on the basis of which, a new fan, the tapered windscreen fan, is introduced. The characteristic of tapered windscreen fan distinguishing from others is that there are two groups of vanes fixed on the wheel hub. The ring turbulent jet, produced by running of the outer traction wheel, is overlapped with the sink, produced by running of inner traction wheel, to form jet-sink flow field so as to wrap and encircle the pollution source, which restrains diffusion of the poisonous and harmful gas and dust to a great extent. The tapered windscreen fan is a new and effective product to manage the production workshops where there exist the poisonous harmful gas and dust. The structure and the operation mechanism of tapered windscreen fan is analyzed, the mathematical model for its flow field is established, and its typical application is introduced, which provides theoretical and practical guide for lucubrating and renovating the safety environment protection fans.
